London based international content producer and distributor FremantleMedia is reported to be in talks of acquiring rival media group All3Media headquartered in London and Los Angeles. Neither of the parties comments on the merger. Ukrainian TV channel 1+1 acquired adaptation rights for talent format Rising Star form Keshet International (KI) – global distribution and production arm of Israeli Keshet Media Group.

Israeli distributor Armoza Formats licensed adaptation rights on entertainment format I Can Do That! to Belgium, Turkey, Peru and Russia.

Inter TV channel acquired Format Show 2013 premier
