Format Show is an unique event held on September 11th, 2012 in course of KYIV MEDIA WEEK. This one day conference was dedicated to TV formats, their screening and presentation of the newest and the most popular formats by core international prodcos and distributors. Format Show has been organized by Media Resources Management company since 2010. As a result - most of the formats that have been presented in course of Format Show were acquired or adopted in Ukraine and within the territory of other CIS countries.

In course of Format Show 2012 the panel discussion "What the buyers want? What the formats producers are looking for?"  was held, during which the leading experts in the sphere of TV formats from Russia, Ukraine, Europe and USA (Tim Crescenti – Small Worls IFT (USA), Anne Kirsipuu – FremantleMedia (UK), Axel Böhm - Red Arrow International (Germany), Daria Fialko - TV3 (Russia), Aleksey Goncharenko - Friends Production (Ukraine)) have discussed braking and the newest trends of formats business.

Besides the audience of Format Show 2012 had unique opportunity to listen to Jonathan Coad’s (Partner at the  lewissilkin law firm, Media, Brands and Technology, London, UK) special report - "How to Own and Control Your Format – Getting the Best Return on your Investment".

Also during Format Show a range of screening sessions of the most popular and outstanding TV formats from all around the world were held. Among scripted / non scripted content and classical formats presentation, a special screening by the PACT members (trade association of UK independent content producers) took place.
