Svein ANDERSEN

Svein Andersen has more than 40 years of experience in professional film production - as director, producer, cameraman and writer in numerous genres: short films, documentaries, commercials, TV-drama series and long drama feature films. Svein has done or has been involved in more than 150 national and international films: 50 feature films and 50 documentaries, most of them well distributed and screened in film festivals, movie theaters, and/or on television, national and international.

Svein Andersen is today Head of production at FilmCamp; "a one stop shop" for filmmaking in Northern Norway. FilmCamp is the only place in the world offering both funding, location service and a complete infrastructure and other resources needed for top international filmmaking: studio, hotel, workshops, offices, equipment, props, film crew - and a lot of experience.

FilmCamp is located in the middle of some of Norway's most spectacular landscapes and locations and offers professional support to films and TV productions to be shot in the region.

FilmCamp is a former military camp. 10 years ago "the camp" was turned into a modern studio-facility with all infrastructure and resources needed for filmmaking. FilmCamp has since been very successful.

FilmCamp has been involved in 50 films and TV-drama series, and has since the start in 2006 become the most active "production-spot" in Norway, attracting more than 30 national and international productions.
