Iryna KOSTYUK

Iryna is well-known for her non-standard and very effective decisions.  Under her management of the most successful relaunch in the history of Ukrainian television – TET TV Channel has been managed, where Iryna served as a General producer for 3 years. She managed to completely retarget the channel audience, create recognizable youth brand and significantly increase the share of viewing.  She created the department of its own production on the channel. The original content,  made on TET, was successfully aired on the channels of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Poland and Baltic countries. Currently, as a Producer of FILM.UA Group, Iryna focused on production of content for young audience.  

Iryna has a huge experience in the  international distribution: during her work in Inter Media Group she managed to create effective patterns of cooperation with Hollywood majors (FOX, Disney, Sony Pictures, Universal, Warner Bros., Paramount) and  made the first output deals in Ukraine.  

In 2014, she was an initiator of the unique project UA Formats, which represents a centralized catalogue of Ukrainian formats including both new ones and also formats, which already became the classics of national television, successfully released during the whole history of Ukrainian television existence.   

She is a member of International Academy of Television Arts and Science; expert of International Emmy Awards; the member of experts and the organizing committee of Ukrainian Television Award Teletriumph.  

Iryna is a constant participant of different industry events as MIPCOM and MIPTV (Cannes, France), Berlin Film Festival and European Film market EFM (Berlin, Germany), L.A. Screenings (Los Angeles, USA), AFM (Santa Monica, USA), DISCOP ISTANBUL (Istanbul, Turkey), KIEV MEDIA WEEK (Kiev, Ukraine), NATPE (Prague, Check Republic), the author of variety of articles and reports about media market.

2014 – till present: FILM.UA Group, Producer. 

2010–2014:  TET TV channel (1+1 Media Group), General Producer. 

2006 –till present: media consulting company Media Resources Management LLC, co-founder. 

2000–2006 : Inter Media Group, the Head of International Content Acquisition Department.
