Dmitry MALKOV

Dmitry was born in 1980 in Cherkassy, Ukraine. In 1998, he applied to Film, Theatre and TV Directing Department at Kiev Institute of Cinema and Television of Kiev National University of Culture and Arts. In 2003 – 2009, he filmed commercials, social, political and music videos. He acted as cameo in films. Since 2006, he tried himself in dubbing of such project as Surf’s Up (Cody Maverick), Transformers (Shia LaBeouf voice dubbing), How to Train Your Dragon (Hiccup) and dubbing of Shia LaBeouf voice in further parts of Transformers.  

In 2009, together with Activvision Studio he filmed 12 Best Cheaters of Ukraine. In 2010, he filmed the pilot and first 8 series of Ukrainian mystical TV series Mystical Stories, took part in creation of comedy show Spoiled in Ukraine together with Kvartal 95 Studio. In prospect, Dmitry became a director of few projects such as Spoiled in Ukraine (3-10 seasons), Just NEWS, Ukraine, Get Up! 

In 2012, he served as a director and creative producer of political animation TV series Fabulous Rus. 

In 2013 Dmitry was a director of musical comedy 1+1 Home. New Year and 1+1 Home. March 8. Since 2015, he is a head of animation department of Kvartal 95 Studio – 95.
