Olena Yershova is a participant of EAVE 2010, member of Producers Network at Cannes IFF (2009 -2013), EAVE - PUENTOS Workshop at Buenos Aires IFF (2009) and a member of film makers Union of Ukraine.
In 2011 Olena has founded TATO FILM company.
From 2008 to 2011 Olena Yershova was an international relations and development manager at Sota Cinema Group (Ukraine).
From 2006 to 2008 - a Market Development Manager at Eurasia Film Market in Antalya (Turkey).
From 2000 to 2006 she was a managing director of Kyiv International Film Festival Molodist, member of selection committee.
From 1999 to 2002 Olena Yershova was the Head of a public organization Foundation Kino-Kolo.
Filmography:
- Executive producer of film My Joy directed by Sergei Loznitsa (Germany – Ukraine – The Netherlands) that was presented in main competition at Cannes IFF in 2010 and received numerous awards worldwide;
- Producer of Love Me by Maryna Er Gorbach and Mehmet Bahadir Er (2013), a first Ukrainian-Turkish co-production that participated in more then 30 international festival, and was awarded in 12 nominations;
- Producer of Blind Dates by Levan Koguashvili (2013) that was premiered at Toronto IFF, took part in Tokyo IFF, in Palm Spring IFF, participated in Berlinale (2014). Film got a Special Jury award in Abu Dhabi, Best Film, Best director and FIPRESCI awards in Sofia IFF, Best Director at Vilnius IFF and Wiesbaden IFF, Best Film at Odessa IFF;
- Co-producer of the feature documentary Odessa by Florin Iepan (Romania - Germany –Ukraine);
- Producer of the film Motherland by Senem Tuzen - (Turkey – Greece, in post production) that has won a Best Project at Meetings on the Bridge (Istanbul IFF 2012), Best project award at Crossroads Thessaloniki co-production market and Best Pitch award at Cottbus coproduction market, project supported by Turkish Ministry of culture.
