Aleksey was born and raised in Kiev.
In 1995 he graduated from Cybernetics faculty of T.G. Shevchenko Kiev State University.
In 1994 he took part in creation of one of the first postproduction companies in Ukraine mental dRive studio, which he currently manages.
Over the years he acted as VFX-Supervisor of such films as “Ali Baba and 40 Thieves”, “Illusion of Fair”, “Gentlemen of Fortune”, “Haytarma”, “Love Sickness”.
Aleksey took part in CG production for such films as “Night Watch”, “Day Watch”, “Wanted”, “Black Lightning” and others.
In 2005 mental dRive studio under the leadership of Mr Moskalenko facilitated production of figuration for Eurovision TV broadcast that went on in Kiev. With the appearance of digital film production Aleksey was one of the first in Ukraine to create hardware system Centre for processing digital image based on Assimilate products. During the last year only this Centre worked on more than 10 feature films and TV series.
