Sergey MOLCHANOV

In 2001 graduated with honors from National Agrarian University, where he received Master’s Degree in Economy and Finance. For his internship he worked in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Parliament of Ukraine). 

Sergei is certified by Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and is in the process of being certified as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

In 2001 – 2006 Mr. Molchanov worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine, occupying various positions, he also worked for company Cardinal Resources plc (London) as Financial Controller.

In 2005-2006 Sergey worked in holding company Interregional Investment Union, where he was in charge of implementing Financial Management System for the holding, and was responsible for M&A field. 

From 2008 Sergey Molchanov worked as a Chief Financial Officer for the ISTIL Group. Among other branches of activity ISTIL Group was involved in areas of telecommunications, media and entertainment, TV content production and film production and distribution.

In 2013 Mr. Molchanov came to work for FILM.UA Group as Financial Director.
