Italian prodco and distributor of children’s content MONDO TV will be presented at UCM for the first time

Italian prodco and distributor MONDO TV (Jesus: a Kingdom Without Frontiers; Monsters and Pirates; Lupo Alberto; Angel’s Friends) has booked exhibition suite # 239 at UCM. Mondo TV (a group of 9 companies whose main office is based in Rome) is the leader in Italy, and among one of the primary European operators, in the production and distribution of animated cartoon series as well as full-length feature films for TV and film markets. The animated series produced by Mondo TV have always set themselves apart by their topflight educational value and the fact that very few of their episodes depict violent material. In terms of the group’s cartoon style, Mondo’s animated material is the result of a multi-year stylistic exploration geared towards the creation of both original characters and settings.

Russian film company DT Production has booked exhibition suite at UCM

DT Production (Doctor Tyrsa, Heaven’s Court) was founded in 2009. The chief aim of the company is the creation of high-quality TV products and distribution of foreign and Russian content to international markets. The company aims for producing high-budget projects starring Russian celebrities. DT Production acquires distribution rights from such majors as Lakeshore Entertainment, Lionsgate, Focus Features, Red Granite Pictures, Protagonist Pictures. DT Production together with Universal Pictures Russia has already released Drive (Best Director Award of Cannes Film Festival), Bel Ami, Beastly in Russia and CIS.

For the third year in a row UCM will be attended by Zodiak Rights (international distribution department Zodiak Media with headquarters in London), rightsholder of the popular formats, including So You Think You Can Dance, with exhibition suit # 243; and a British distributor DRG, the owner of the famous format Style Date, with exhibition suit # 237.
