Round Table Discussion on Legal Issues in the course of KMW 2015

Round Table Discussion: New Legislation in Forth and Upcoming Trade Regulation of Ukrainian TV and Media Sphere will be held on September 8 in the course of KYIV MEDIA WEEK 2015 special program. This is a joint initiative of KYIV MEDIA WEEK mediaforum, Telecommunications Chamber of Ukraine, and #KinoKraina activist group.

The discussion will be moderated by Evgeniya Derbal, a legal counsel of FILM.UA Group. 

During the event such topics will be raised: co-production of TV and film projects (development, production, distribution); bans on broadcasting certain content in Ukraine; practical implementation of Law 159-VIII; legislative bans on broadcasting content in the practice of other countries; fighting non-licensed content on the Internet.
