KIEV CoProduction Meetings 2014: Documentary Behind Maidan is Coming

One of the 8 projects that were pitched at KIEV CoProduction Meetings (September 16, 2014 in the course of KYIV MEDIA WEEK) is documentary film Behind Maidan. Director of the project Sieva Diamantakos and producer Alberto Antonio Dandolo actively continue their work on the documentary. 

The main goal of the film Behind Maidan is to investigate some hidden perspectives of the recent Ukrainian revolution facts. The documentary provides evidence of the hidden story about Ukrainian crisis behind the “media blitz”. Behind Maidan is giving a whole range of different points of view about what is really happening in Ukraine for those foreigners who got confused in the current events in Kyiv. 

“Recently I traveled to Ukraine following some characters of Behind Maidan. This path led me to Kharkiv, Slavjansk, Mariupol till the block-post 14 at the border with Russia, where the sky is crossed by rockets. I met incredible reporters Lidia and Valentine there. I decided to leave my crew to stay with them and go deep into this story. Now it's time to settle down. And Report,” - says Alberto Antonio Dandolo.
