New names are still added up to the list of speakers for the VII International Conference Film Business: Challenges, Features, Opportunities. One of them is Razwana Akram, a Partner at Simons Muirhead & Burton, a London based law firm majoring in media law.
Razwana Akram provides advice on all aspects of development, production, finance and distribution as well as on media funding. It is worth noting that she advises clients from all sectors of film and TV industries, including Universal company.

The Legal Workshop attendees will be offered an opportunity to address the below subjects based on case studies:
- Legislative initiatives aimed at introducing taxes for filmmaking development;
- Legal framework for the TV /Radio Companies participation in producing TV/Film Theatre products;
- Indivisibility of rights as concept and how to divide the rights between/ among co-producers;
- Specifics of Film Theatre production and distribution;
- Definitions of products: national against European with the aim to meet the broadcasting quota stipulated in the Law of Ukraine On TV and Radio Broadcasting. Practice adopted by the National Council for TV and Radio Broadcasting;
- Insurance in film business.
