KMW’14 Participants’ News: Docudrama by FILM.UA and Signal Red is Nominated for Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards

Docudrama Archimedes.The Master of Numbers co-produced by film studio FILM.UA and creativity agency Signal Red has received an official nomination for the best docudrama by the French festival Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards. The Film (112-minutes long) was produced in 2013 and directed by Taras Shapoval. 

Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2014 results will be announced at awards ceremony that will be held on the 2nd of October in Cannes Palm Beach casino. It’s worth mentioning that 725 participants have applied this year. The festival was founded in 2010 by an international agency specialized in the distribution of audio-visual media Filmservice International. 

Archimedes.The Master of Numbers tells a story about young Archimedes who gazes at the solar system. He has already started questioning things, his natural curiosity is developing into what many will later call a life-long affair with pure logic. Soon comes the day when the young prodigy moves to Alexandria to be tutored by Euclid himself. Film creators showed not only the basic life stages of genius but also his dreams, plans and vision of the human’s civilization future.
