KMW’14 Launches Animation Workshop

The VII International conference Film Business: Challenges, Features, Opportunities will be held on September 17, 2014 in Radisson Blu Hotel (Kyiv, Ukraine). 

The conference traditionally contains three parts: Opening session, Working session and Final session. The following workshops are annually held in the course of the Working session: Producers’, Financial, Legal and Film Promotion. In 2014 the Film Business program will be enriched with a new workshop dedicated to animation, during which a range of topics will be covered: production, distribution, licensing, merchandising and global marketing of animation projects.  

Yegor Olesov - co-founder of POSTMODERN and Animagrad companies, founder of Pteroduction Sound and Digital Cinema Ukraine, will moderate the Animation workshop. Being backed by his 12-year professional experience in media, Yegor will tell Film Business participants about animation as a profitable commercial product. In addition, guests of the new workshop will get to know more about series’ and cinema animation along with its distribution and merchandising features etc.
